When submitting complaints in person, you must deliver the defective product together with the proof of purchase and the completed complaint to the selected salon 303 Avenue
(a list of all salons can be found in the Here).

If you do not have a receipt, you must provide an account statement confirming the purchase of the product.

When submitting a complaint by letter, you must send the defective product together with the
with a completed complaint to the address 303 AVENUE Sp. z o.o. ul. Białostocka 37, 07-200 Wyszków.
