RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and with all original tags attached. We do not accept items showing signs of wear.

A) RETURNS FROM POLAND AND THE EU
DHL RETURNS
We recommend using the return label included with your order. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and corresponds to the rate for the applicable shipping zone.
A DHL return label with a barcode is included in parcels delivered by DHL.
To return your order via DHL:
1. Complete the return form. Download the return form.
2. Affix the barcode label over the original shipping label.
3. Place the completed return form and the items you wish to return in the envelope or box in which your order was delivered.
4. Visit the DHL returns website to schedule a courier collection, or drop off your parcel at any DHL ServicePoint.
INPOST RETURNS (POLAND)
To return an order via InPost, register the return through the Quick Returns portal.
You can print a return label or receive a return code in the InPost app.
B) RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
To arrange a return from outside the EU, please contact us at info@303avenue.com.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. When you use our DHL or InPost return service, the applicable fee will be deducted from your refund.
Zone I — DHL, Poland: 17 PLN
Zone I — InPost Quick Returns, Poland: 14 PLN
Zone II — EU countries and Northern Ireland: 50 PLN / 10 EUR
Zone III — United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Norway: 120 PLN / 25 EUR
Zone IV — United States: 250 PLN / 50 USD
RETURNING AN ORDER AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
If you cannot or prefer not to use our DHL return service, you may send the items back using a carrier of your choice at your own expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels. You are responsible for the return parcel until it reaches our warehouse, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns sent from outside the EU, we do not cover customs duties or any other customs charges.
